The Story
After completing his university degree, Tom went on to become a Grammy-nominated music producer, world-touring DJ, and founder of four record labels, including one that released music from iconic artists such as Nile Rodgers (Chic), Steve Angello (Swedish House Mafia), and Basement Jaxx. Throughout his career, he repeatedly encountered the same issue: traditional label systems and lead-flow processes weren’t delivering. This pushed him to develop innovative, non-standard solutions that consistently outperformed expectations. Fifteen years later, that same creative problem-solving is at the heart of Always Ascending.
