This is where I get to work. Outreach campaigns, social media, brand assets, systems, whatever the strategy calls for. You don't manage the process, I own it and deliver consistently.

Meet Tom Cross
I'm the founder of Always Ascending and your embedded business development and growth partner.

Before this, I spent 15 years as a Grammy-nominated music producer and world-touring DJ, working alongside The Prodigy, Tiësto, Calvin Harris, Diplo and Nile Rodgers, generating close to 100 million streams. I built record labels, a globally syndicated radio show and a 60,000-strong online community from the ground up.

Throughout that career, I worked with numerous labels and industry partners and kept running into the same problem. The results weren't coming. Rather than accept that, I took ownership, applied creative thinking and strategic planning, and started getting the results others couldn't deliver. That problem-solving mindset is the foundation of everything I do now.

While my client experience to date has been within the media and PR world, the fundamentals of what I do, building audiences, driving outreach, refining brands and implementing growth systems, are entirely transferable and have been built to work across any sector. That's by design.
